Experience:  Marianna Udem is of counsel to A S K Financial LLP and an associate with Neiger LLP. Marianna's practice focuses on representing chapter 11 debtors, official committees of unsecured creditors, estate fiduciaries and individual constituents in bankruptcy proceedings, related litigation and out of court restructurings.  Previously, Marianna was an associate at Lowenstein Sandler PC, where she worked on behalf of official committees of unsecured creditors, debtors, landlords and unsecured creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings, related litigation and out of court workouts.  Prior to joining Lowenstein, she was an associate with Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin LLC, a premier boutique bankruptcy law firm.  At Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin LLC, Marianna worked on behalf of debtors, creditors, and trustees in a wide variety of bankruptcy proceedings including complex liquidations and substantial reorganizations.  In addition, Marianna gained substantial experience representing parties in state court insolvency proceedings and commercial litigation.
