UCLA 1972 - 1976 (Bachelor of Arts, Communication Studies,
Magna Cum Laude).
Experience: Mr. Abrams is the founding principal of A·S·K
Financial and has over 25 years of business and legal experience in
the analysis and recovery of avoidance claims. He also has
considerable expertise as a systems analyst designing software to
organize data related to analysis, monitoring and prosecution
of large portfolios of preference claims. He also has spoken
extensively on the Prosecution and Defense of Avoidance Claims, and
conducts in-house law firm seminars on the topic.
Professional Affiliations: Mr. Abrams is a past president
of the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute
(Life-Time Sustaining Member), National
Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the Financial Lawyers Conference,
the Turnaround Management Association, the Association of Restructuring
Advisors and
the California Bankruptcy Forum.
