Experience: Edward E. Neiger is a partner at Neiger LLP.  Prior to founding Neiger LLP, Edward was an attorney in the Business, Finance & Restructuring department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, one of the nation's premier restructuring practices.  He has worked on behalf of numerous high profile debtors and creditors, including WorldCom, Parmalat, Atkins, Ames, Formica and Vertis, and helped facilitate the turnaround of these companies.  He has developed a particular expertise in connection with preference actions and has authored numerous articles on restructuring related topics.
