Steinfeld Jr., has extensive litigation and appellate experience and has argued hundreds of cases at the trial and appellate level, including the Supreme Court.  Mr. Steinfeld is first chair in all litigation exceeding $500,000 at issue and has had numerous million dollar plus verdicts upheld on appeal.  He is nationally recognized in the bankruptcy field as an expert in avoidance litigation.
